Whether you participate via youth or adult choirs, sing with a full orchestra, or perform on stage in a musical, great music is a transcendent experience that offers opportunity to create community, enhance worship, enjoy growth, and celebrate our God-given talents. First Methodist’s Music Ministries represent all walks of life — students, doctors, nurses, teachers, lawyers, entrepreneurs, and stay-at-home moms — where each person contributes a unique gift to our ensembles. Celebrating community is one of the things we do best — and it makes our music even better. Through rehearsals, weekly worship services, grand concerts, and theatrical performances, the fun we have working together offers a place of respite and renewal each time we gather.
