I grew up in Monroe, Louisiana and have slowly made my way west across I-20. I have since made my home in Shreveport, becoming a member here at First Methodist in Fall of 2023. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University where I studied Architecture and began working in youth ministry. I grew up in a Christian home where we served as a family at our church and churches in the area. I realized halfway through my degree that I really enjoyed encouraging youth in their relationship with Christ.

My goal is to serve the youth of Shreveport and their parents; to help build programs that grow the youth’s understanding of God’s love for them. I hope to partner with parents/volunteers to raise these kids up in the Faith so that they will become like Christ. Together we help them navigate the world and encourage them to be Salt and Light to others.
